Certification of the ZKI

To guarantee products of a consistent and high quality we took up the task of qualifying ZKI according to the standard ISO 9001.

The Quality management system ISO 9001 is intended for use organizations providing a product or service. Aim is to provide a number of requirements which an organization needs to fulfill to achieve customer satisfaction through consistent products and services which meet customer expectations.

Each year our certificate will be renewed by an independent consortium of auditors. We see Quality Management as a chance to monitor and record progress on a regular and controlled base. Our aim is to provide a validated service to our users and to meet always our ambitious objectives.
